We have the ability to undo changes when pages are compromised by clicking the little icon of a sheet of paper and magnifying glass and clicking "undo" on the right side! :D Just wanted to let you know since you frequently help out here.
I would actually advise you to not do that. Admins have access to a change log with a "roll back" function (basically a simpler undo), and it is a lot easier for both me and the other admins to see what needs to be fixed if the undo function hasn't been used!
I half take that back! If all of/a large part of a page's information has been erased completely, the most important thing is to get it back as soon as possible; in that case, the undo function is actually very helpful to use!
Yush, it's probably for the best if you delete it immediately! But if you remove something that breaks the rules, it'd be really helpful if you write a small summary of what you removed in the summary box before you publish the edit - for example "removed content" or "added profanities" - so an admin can deal out warnings! Or, send a message 'bout it. Otherwise we'll probably never hear about it :((
Hello, and welcome to Jorvikipedia! Thank you very much for your edit on the page User:Annabelle W. Born. Before you continue editing, we Admins Esme, Lys, Ylva and Sof want to ask the following of you:
- Remember that you are NEVER allowed to use a photo that you have not photographed yourself, if you have not got permission to do so from the owner of the picture
- The Wiki is for facts only, but if you want to talk about Jorvik's magical world, you are very welcome to do so in our forum!
